SELF DEVELOPMENT

YOGA PHILOSOPHY

TEACHING SKILLS

With Marc Beuvain, UK

The study of yoga is a deeply personal path. For this reason, Marc will be offering modules on self development, yoga philosophy and teaching skills “à la carte”, so that you can plan your own journey, according to your present needs and interests.

All of the modules complement each other. Put together, they constitute a complete course.

You can take part in the whole course, or just in the modules of your choice.

If you teach yoga, you can choose the modules about those areas of yoga in which you would like to deepen your knowledge or improve your skills.

If your yoga practice is more personal, and you have no intention to teach, then you can simply choose the modules that interest you most.-
